This was a nice comfortable hotel, well locacted, for the value.
The location was great! Had a very nice view of the Eifel Tower from my room & the Metro stop was directly across the street. The rooms were clean and a nice size (for Paris).
The lift was broken the day we arrived, I had carry my luggage up to the 5th floor and was offered no assistance from the hotel staff.
Booking wasn't as desired. (twin bed instead of double bed. coupled were separated!) Elevator was broken. I had to take my luggage to the third floor. entrance doesn't look welcoming at all. No way it deserves 4 stars.
The Location, period. It was just opp the dupleix metro station and therefore well connected.
Nothing at all other than its location. Very poor quality of rooms, even basic services werent up to the mark (and beleive me, we had no special requests during the stay as we used it only to crash at the end of the day), staff were very ignorant, the rooms were musty and damp. We have stayed across Europe in 5 diff cities/towns this time and countless times previously and this was hands down the worst of every single one of them!
Location at 500 meters or so from the Tour Eiffel.
Too expensive for the rooms. The hotel looks old on the inside. Comfort wise its not the best hotel to stay at for the price paid.
The location of the hotel was very good, the room was comfortable and clean. It also included a fridge and coffee making facility. The staff were very polite and helpful. Our room had a good view of the Eiffel Tower. Very close to trains, many cafes.
I did not like the internet connection, it expires every 6 hours and was quite slow at times
Fantastic location; literally right outside Dupleix metro station. There's a huge Sunday food market held under the metro tracks right outside the hotel at Sunday lunchtimes; don't miss it. Short distance from the Champ de Mars and the Eiffel Tour; really couldn't ask for a better location.
As close to perfect as you could want. Our double room wasn't huge, but was more than adequate. Nice, fast WiFi too. Breakfast is to the usual high French standard, and the location is superb. It's hard to fault it. I only wish it were cheaper. (Hotels in Paris have become quite expensive by the looks of it.)
Breakfast in dining room was too expensive. However, breakfast in the bar was a good deal.
Great location, helpful and friendly staff with flexible check-in times
Location is great for the tower. Nice enough hotel feels like a Paris hotel is expected too but with modern upgrades to make the stay easier. Staff were great . Good English and patient with my. Poor attempts at French. Secure underground parking was amazing after seeing parisean drivers on the way there I was happy to put the car out of harms way and out of the weather and know it was locked away
Only slight complaint if im really picky was room was smoked in although two minutes with the window open sorted that .
Staff was helpful. rooms are quiet despite the "busy"location, close to attractions and nice neighborhood.
services like bar, room service etc are limited in time which I find a bit unusual for a 4 stars hotel
The staff were excellent, location perfect and great value for money.
Great location, room was nice and had tea and coffee making facilities which was great.
Discounted rate was good value for money but wouldn't have paid the rack rate
Only the location and the sauna
The whole hotel was poorly refurbished, everything seems to be always too short in standards compared to the high price you pay. My room had direct view on the air metro...and was very small
We were delighted with the value for the money we spent. The staff was excellent. They couldn't be more helpful. The rooms were small but adequate and they were clean and comfortable and air conditioned! The breakfast had more variety than we were expecting. There were 6 of us in 3 rooms and we all felt this hotel was a good choice for our needs.
